Three disciplines, one obsession: training the nervous systems that run high-performing people and the organisations they lead.
Operator turned Nervous System Strategist. Remi built a 45-person tech office from zero, burned out, rebuilt himself from the physiology up, and came back to prove the system in the room where it matters: the P&L.
Ten years in tech. Started a local office for a global service provider and grew it to 45 people. Hit the numbers. On the outside it looked like success; on the inside: panic attacks, depression, chronic pain. He burned out.
After hitting rock bottom, he searched — ashtanga, journaling, silent retreats — anything that might explain what had gone wrong. A chance breath session on the street cracked it open: clear, present, regulated. He went back every day after that.
He spent the next seven years and 2,100+ hours training, researching, facilitating, and stress-testing what he learned. He stripped the practice of its ceremony and packaged it to be effective, playful, and inclusive — built for operators, not believers.
Then he went back into corporate to prove the system. Leading an 8-person cross-functional team at a data unicorn, he inherited a P&L 35% in the red. Twelve months later: +30%. A 65-point swing — delivered not through strategy alone, but by helping his team (and himself) operate from a different physiological state.
Since then, 800+ people trained, 350+ sessions delivered, 11 founders coached, 7 organisations equipped.
A human behaviour-obsessed leader with two decades of experience reading what people actually do — and what they’ll do next — translated into strategy that works.
Leah leads Bain & Company’s Global Consumer Lab, decoding how people actually think, feel, and behave for some of the world’s largest organisations.
She has spent her career at the intersection of psychology and business: advising boards and leadership teams, keynoting at SXSW and global industry forums, and co-authoring research that shapes how companies think about the future consumer. Before Bain, she founded two startups and worked as a change management consultant across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Psychology and Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
Alongside the client work, she has spent years helping her own teams flourish — including supporting people through burnout, back into their work and back to themselves. She runs on real conversations and believes the best thinking happens when people feel safe enough to say what’s actually true.
At equipped., she chairs the strategic direction of the business — bringing her understanding of human dynamics to bear on what it actually takes to lead and operate authentically inside a high-pressure institution.
